Knowing the variety of ways other people manage their transition hurdles helps you pick up ideas and develop a plan of your own. The trick is to find out what you really enjoy doing and then to work out how to make money at it.

Vic Taylor, an environmental studies teacher was made redundant. He now runs Mynewt Enterprises, a one-man environmental road show for children.
